Training

Every attorney receives hands-on cultural firm training from one of the world's best executive leadership training companies: Senn-Delaney. It is focused on our brand of team building, leadership development and executive coaching. Mike Olsen, IT Director

We have a full-time, hands-on IT director, who has built an infrastructure that fits our needs on both PC and Mac platforms. Additionally, early adoption of Client Profiles makes our IT team fluent in all legal software needs, as well as the modern tools that a business – not just a law firm – would need to leverage into the future.

Our CFO serves two roles:
  1. manage the finances of the firm
  2. provide each attorney with counsel on how to make their individual book of business as streamlined and cost-effectively as possible
So, not only does each attorney receive someone to watch the books on their individual client’s cases and expenses, they receive a world-class CFO who has served as a financial advisor while at Fortune 1000-size companies (HJ Heinz, Exact Software).

Our CFO is not only fluent in how to balance budgets and oversee revenues ... she can work with attorneys one-on-one to insure a smooth flow of finances, so each attorney can appropriately grow their own book of business using the proper accounting guidelines and regulations.
