First Party Insurance Experience

Wagenfeld Levine has extensive experience with hundreds of first-party insurance claims involving coverage, arson and fraud. As outside counsel for insurance carriers and third-party administrators (TPAs), we direct claim investigations, and we defend suits where carriers are sued for bad faith, or other extra-contractual damages.

Our lawyers have received specialized training from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the U.S. Secret Service, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF). We work closely with local, state and federal authorities in all claims where criminal investigations are initiated.

Our lawyers are frequently featured speakers on the subjects of arson and fraud at local insurance claim offices and independent adjusters' seminars, as well as annual meetings of the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators and the International Association of Arson Investigators.
