WAGENFELD LEVINE TO OPEN NEW LAW OFFICE, LITIGATION TEAM EXPANDS

Multi-State Defense Firm Announces Columbus, Ohio, Office

COLUMBUS, OH - Wagenfeld Levine, a multi-state insurance defense practice, is opening new facilities in Columbus, Ohio, to serve its growing corporate clientele in self-insured defense matters.  The office, currently under construction, is located at 8000 Walton Parkway, in the New Albany Signature Campus.  Construction is expected to be completed by January 13, 2006.

Edward Levine, managing partner of Wagenfeld Levine will lead the teams from the Columbus office.  Levine expects 15 attorneys (partners and associates), and 17 support staff will be hired as part of the move.  The Columbus location will serve as the firm’s headquarters and shared service support center as well as a central point for finances, marketing and administration. 

"Having legal hubs in the Northeast, the Midwest and the Southeast allow us to provide more effective and efficient service to our national clients, including Limited Brands, Barnes & Noble, Footlocker, FedEx and other major corporations," said Levine.

By concentrating its practice in representation of self-insured and large retention entities, Wagenfeld Levine is able to offer clients the benefit of attorneys who are specialized in this field of practice.  Wagenfeld Levine currently has offices in Philadelphia, St. Louis, and Miami.  The four-office firm currently has a total of 27 attorneys and 53 employees.
