WAGENFELD LEVINE NAMES MARKETING DIRECTOR

COLUMBUS, OHIO – Reflecting the strong growth of its multi-state insurance defense practice, Wagenfeld Levine today announced that Mark Wallinger has joined the four-office law firm as its first marketing director.

“Creating this position and bringng in a highly experienced marketing professional is an important step for our law firm,” said Managing Partner Edward Levine. “Mark will help us strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients and help us achieve our growth objectives.”

Wallinger brings more than 25 years of professional communications experience two the firm, including corporate and agency work. “I look forward to building market awareness of Wagenfeld Levine as one of the nation’s top firms in this complex area of legal practice.”

Prior to joining the law firm, Wallinger was regional marketing manager for Owens Corning, responsible for territories in Columbus and Chicago. He directed a 28-person staff in developing integrated marketing solutions and programs. Wallinger also served as marketing director for ArcLight, a pharmaceutical data provider that was a joint venture of Wal-Mart, Cardinal Health and CVS. He has also been a consultant for several Ohio-based companies, handling print, broadcast and online media.

Wallinger began his communications career in 1979 as a reporter and columnist for The Post-Standard, Syracuse, N.Y. He earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism at Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications.
