DAVID PENNINGTON JOINS WAGENFELD LEVINE’S PHILADELPHIA OFFICE
COLUMBUS, OHIO; - Looking to grow its presence and support a blue chip client base in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York corridor, Wagenfeld Levine
today announced that David Pennington has joined the firm’s Philadelphia office.

Wagenfeld Levine is a firm focused on insurance defense practice in 11 states, including
Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana, Missouri, Florida, Maryland and
Washington, D.C.
Pennington has been a sole practitioner in Valley Forge, Pa., since 2001 focusing on workers' compensation litigation. Prior to that, he was with Swartz, Campbell & Detweiler in Philadelphia (1984-2001) as a Partner.
From 1982 to 1984 he worked at the United States Dept. of Labor, Regional Solicitor’s Office, Philadelphia, Pa., as staff counsel, mostly working on litigation of Federal black lung cases.
Pennington received his J.D. from Villanova in 1982 and received his B.A. from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 1979 majoring in speech and communication.
